Finals are coming up!

Finals are almost here and everyone is becoming more stressed out by the minute. The teachers are stressed by putting in all the grades of all the students and still coming up with the test itself. The students are trying to study for every final they have along with the homework assigned the days before.

Some ways to release this stress are:

  • Exercise
  • Reduce Your Caffeine Intake
  • Chew Gum
  • Write It Down

Along with all these way to release stress, there are many more. These four are the most productive and anyone can do.

Not only are students stressed out, but most do not have a good way to study the material for the finals. Most teachers give out a study guide or a sheet giving out what will be on the test.

Some ways to study for your finals:

  • Organize your study space
  • Use flow charts and diagrams
  • Look over old tests
  • Explain your answers to others
  • Organize study groups with friends
  • Take regular breaks
  • Snack on brain food
  • Plan your exam day
